What happens after I sign up?

Once you join, you’ll get instant access to the Bent On Better coaching app. From there, your first 4-week program will be ready to go. Every 4 weeks, your plan will automatically update with new workouts – either building on your progress or starting a fresh program with new exercises.

Do I need to be “in shape” before starting?

Not at all! This program was built for beginners and people who have been in and out of fitness.  If you want a strong foundation, you may consider starting without 12-week REVIVE program before jumping into Rejuvenate. As long as you’re comfortable with basic movement patterns, you’ll be ready.

What equipment do I need?

The only equipment you will need is a pair or two of dumbbells, resistance bands, and some open space. That’s it! No machines, no cardio equipment required. If you do have access to a gym, you can absolutely do the workouts there, but just know that everything in this program is written (and designed) to be doable at home or while traveling.
