At 73, I’m Proof It’s Never Too Late to Get Strong

I joined B.O.B seven months ago (at age 73) and it has been a life-changing experience.

I reached a point where age, weight, lack of core and balance were not getting better.

This was a new exercise experience – small class size with people of all ages, strengths and abilities working side by side – personal coaching (excellent coaches) every step of the way, if only to make a 1” adjustment.

There is great camaraderie among members – they are supportive and share in your victories.

Exercises are modified based on your abilities, and I’ve been able to progress with no pain.

For years, my doctor has been preaching weight-bearing exercise, so the real victory was my annual physical in March when he said I had reduced by stroke/heart attack risk by 20% (six months, three times a week at B.O.B).
