No workout experience = No problem

I joined Bent On Better (BOB) in 2018 with almost no workout experience and zero background in lifting weights.
From day one, the trainers were incredible—teaching me proper lifting techniques, building my confidence, and giving me the foundation to safely increase my weights.
When I started, I was dealing with knee and back pain.
The BOB team gave me targeted exercises to strengthen my muscles and improve core stability.
If an exercise wasn’t right for my knees or back, they always provided safe, effective variations.

But what truly set BOB apart was the atmosphere—they made working out fun.
The trainers, the members, the energy—it was all upbeat and motivating.
Even on the tough mornings before work, I left every session feeling better and happier.
BOB became my happy place. I met so many wonderful people and made lifelong friends.
While I’m no longer training there, I still keep in touch with the BOB crew and love sharing updates on my lifting journey.
I’m so glad I took that first step back in 2018!
