I have never been the type of person to enjoy a large gym so for the better part of the last 10 years I’ve worked out and maintained a healthy lifestyle while enjoying running and boot camp style workouts. I took a few detours with pregnancies and young kids but after becoming a mom, I was determined to get back to a place where I felt confident and fit in my clothes. After a solid year of working out at home with a few random trainers I saw on YouTube – I saw results but I wanted more as I had limited equipment and knowledge of how to best reach my goals. I wanted more than a “mom workout” and did not know where to start.
A friend introduced me to Matt after she told me about Bent On Better and I knew it was a good fit for me. At first I was a little intimidated because I had never really lifted heavy weights and was SO worried I was going to bulk up.
Well here I am 6 months and 100 workouts completed!
With all of Matt’s encouragement and coaching I’ve seen better results than ever in the last 10 years and I’ve never been this consistent working out ever. Now I’m slightly addicted and can’t imagine life without Bent On Better and the AMAZING community of supportive and friendly people. I LOVE this place!!!
