If you don’t feel fit enough to start this program, then you are exactly who we made this program for. You don’t need to be fit to begin, you’ll get stronger and more mobile as you go.

While we always recommend you consult your medical provider, Revive is designed with regressions and safety cues throughout. We specialize in working with people recovering from aches, stiffness, and old injuries.

Nope. You’ll get stronger as you go. This is built for real life.

 After the 12-week REVIVE program, you’ll have two options:

  • Continue on your own with everything you’ve learned and built during the program.
  • Or, if you want to keep progressing, you can roll right into one of our ongoing options (like REJUVENATE or RESTORE). We’ll guide you toward the best next step depending on your goals.

You don’t need a fancy gym setup. Most workouts can be done with a pair of dumbbells, resistance bands, and some open floor space. If you have access to a gym, that’s great, but it’s not required.

No. REVIVE was designed so you can complete it at home or in a gym. The movements are adaptable, and we’ll provide demo videos to show you how to make it work with what you have.

You’ll train 3 days per week, about 60 minutes per session. If you want to do more, we’ll provide optional bonus sessions – but the core program is just 3 hours per week.

Everything is delivered through the Bent On Better coaching app. Once you join, you’ll get login details with step-by-step instructions. From there, you’ll see your workouts, exercise demo videos, and progress tracking.

We call it our 30-Day “Feel Better or It’s Free” Guarantee. Try the program for 30 days. If you don’t love it (if you’re not moving better, feeling stronger, or more confident)  just send us an email to [email protected].  If you want continued guidance, you’ll have the option to:

  • Move into REJUVENATE or REJUVENATE PLUS (done-for-you or done-with-you plans with ongoing programming and/or personal training).
  • Choose one of the RESTORE specialty tracks (restore core, restore mobility, restore joints, etc.) to target specific needs.
  • Or combine both, depending on what’s most important for you.

REVIVE is designed for busy adults, especially women in their 40s, 50s, 60s and beyond who want to get stronger, move better, and feel more energized. It’s also a great fit if you’ve dealt with aches, stiffness, or old injuries and want a safe way to get back into fitness without being pushed into high-intensity workouts (where all you see is a sea of 20-somethings glimmering with sweat and jumping everywhere).

Most online workouts are one-size-fits-all. REVIVE is built around the needs of adults who care about their health, longevity, and aging more gracefully, not just burning calories. Every workout is structured to be safe, progressive, and adaptable. Plus, everything is delivered through our Bent On Better coaching app (using the Trainerize platform), so you’re guided step by step instead of piecing together random workouts from YouTube.

No. REVIVE was created for people who might not have worked out in years, or who have struggled to stick with programs in the past. The workouts meet you where you are and help you build strength safely, even if you’re starting from zero.

That’s exactly who we had in mind when building REVIVE. After helping more than 1,100 busy adults in our Bent On Better facility, we’ve seen just about every kind of ache, surgery, and nagging pain you can think of. We specialize in creating programs that are safe, low-impact, and joint-friendly, written for real people who need to ease back in without worrying about setbacks. Every movement in REVIVE can be adapted to meet you where you are. If you’ve had surgeries or chronic pain, you’ll find options that let you build strength safely and confidently, without the fear of making things worse.

You’ll have access to the Bent On Better coaching app, where your workouts, exercise demos, and progress tracking are all laid out. For the first cohort ONLY, there’s also direct access to messaging a trainer for extra support (this bonus will not be offered again).

Every movement comes with a short video demonstration, filmed by our coaches, so you can see exactly how to do it. If you’re part of the first cohort group, you’ll also have the unique one-time bonus of messaging your trainer if you’re unsure about form.

Yes, absolutely. REVIVE is meant to complement your lifestyle. As long as you’re able to complete the 3 strength sessions per week, you can add in other activities you love without any problem.

Everything is built into the app. You’ll log your workouts, see your improvements, and track your consistency. You’ll also notice progress in how you feel day to day… moving more easily, sleeping better, and having more energy.

The official start date for the first cohort is September 15. If you join before then, you’ll be part of the early bird group with extra bonuses and locked-in founders pricing. After that, REVIVE will still be available, but the bonuses and special pricing won’t be.

Every session is about 60 minutes and includes a warm-up, a guided workout, and a cool down. You’ll know exactly what to do from start to finish, with video demos to follow along.

You’ll complete 3 structured sessions each week. Each one lasts about an hour and combines mobility, strength, and conditioning in a safe, progressive way. If you want to do more, you’ll also have optional extra sessions you can add in on your own.

No problem. The workouts are written for 60 minutes, but you can shorten them if needed. Even 30–45 minutes will still give you a strong session. The goal is consistency, not perfection — so it’s better to do what you can than skip altogether.

Yes. REVIVE is designed with 3 main sessions per week, but if you want to move more, we provide optional extras so you can train 4–5 days per week. You get to choose how it fits into your lifestyle.
