Kat is a spunky, 24 year-old, certified personal trainer and health coach.
Her main focus within her fitness career is teaching high energy boot camp style fitness classes while also making free workout videos on YouTube.
She also loves to post unique exercises and healthy recipes on her Instagram for anyone who wants a nice change from their normal routines along their fitness journey.
Kat is truly Bent On Better.
