Keep Going Until You Win
with Benny Esco
a Bent On Better session
“Create from within.”
In episode 018 of the Bent On Better podcast, where better means becoming the best you in health, fitness, and overall wellness, my guest is Benny Esco. Benny makes it pretty evident that he is inspired, and he shares his passion by telling us to keep going until you win!
Benny is the self-made, self-proclaimed champion of thoughts. Benny’s journey is not like any of my other guests. Growing up in a gang-related household, being homeless, and struggling to find his identity, Benny is on the path for betterment.
Not a day goes by that he isn’t inspiring others to get out of any situation and into a better one.
Benny is truly Bent On Better.
Some take-away points we discuss in this episode:
1. The choices you made got you to where you are.
2. Experience is a hard teacher, the test comes first and the lessons come after.
3. “Keep going until you WIN.” -Benny Esco
Benny’s final thought, “…because I am alive, I am grateful.”

Huge thanks to my guest, Benny Esco, for joining me this week for another great episode. I’m excited for the next one. But until next time, remember, even though you may be content with your current situation, there is always room to be better. Now it’s time to become the best you.
