Amy is the blogger behind Thoroughly Nourished Life – a vegetarian, gluten free website that balances healthy bites and sweet treats.

Amy is a former dietitian and exercise physiologist, and most importantly she loves food and wants everyone to know how delicious it can be to live a thoroughly nourished life.

 Amy is truly Bent On Better.
