In order to provide the best experience for our members and staff, Bent On Better has a firm 28-Day Cancellation policy.
By completing and submitting this form, it will serve as your 28-day written cancellation notice as required by your Bent On Better Membership Service Agreement.
Please note that if your recurring billing cycle falls within 28 days of your membership cancellation request, your membership will end after the upcoming billing cycle. All payments are non-refundable. All recurring billing will end after the final billing cycle.
You are able to utilize your membership and attend sessions through your final pay period.
Your recurring billing cycle is specific to your membership. Below are 2 examples of this policy in action.
Example 1: If you pay for your membership on May 1 and submit a cancellation request on May 6, the request will take effect after your next membership billing date of May 29. All recurring billing will end after May 29. You will still have access to all membership benefits until the end of the final billing period.
Example 2: If you pay for your membership on May 1 and submit a cancellation request on April 29, the request will take effect after your next membership billing day of May 1. All recurring billing will end after May 1. You will still be able to utilize your membership until the end of the current billing period on May 29.
If you decide to reactivate your membership in the future (and we hope you do), membership rates in effect at the time of reactivation will be applicable as membership rates are subject to change.
