What happens after I sign up?
Once you join, you’ll get instant access to the Bent On Better coaching app. From there, your first 4-week program will be ready to go. Every 4 weeks, your plan will automatically update with new workouts — either building on your progress or starting a fresh program with new exercises.
Do I need to be “in shape” before starting?
You should have some fitness foundation — or have completed our REVIVE program — before jumping into Rejuvenate. This isn’t for absolute beginners, but you don’t need to be an athlete either. As long as you’re comfortable with basic movement patterns, you’ll be ready.
How do I access the program?
Everything is delivered through the Bent On Better coaching app (powered by Trainerize). You’ll see your workouts, track your progress, and watch short demo videos filmed by our coaches.
What if I can’t commit a full hour?
That’s fine. Even if you only have 30–45 minutes, you’ll still get a solid session in. The goal is consistency, not perfection.
Who is Rejuvenate for?
Rejuvenate was designed for adults who already have a fitness foundation & want structure without the fluff. Most of the people we’ve coached for over a decade are women in their 30s, 40s, and 50s (but men are welcome too). It’s perfect if you want science-based programming you can follow anywhere, without the need for constant coaching.
How much time do I need each week?
You can choose between 3 days per week or 4 days per week. Each session is about 45–60 minutes.
What does each workout include?
Every session is about 45–60 minutes and includes a warm-up, a structured strength and conditioning plan, and a cool-down.
What’s the guarantee?
Cancel anytime. No long-term commitment. Always personal. Real coaches with real-life experience.
Do I need a gym membership?
No. Rejuvenate was designed so you can do it entirely at home (or while traveling). The program is built for simple setups with minimal equipment.
What kind of support will I get?
It depends on which option you choose:
Rejuvenate ($50 every 4 weeks)
Structured, progressive programming only. No coaching, no accountability. Perfect for the self-starter.
Rejuvenate+ ($300 every 4 weeks)
Everything in Rejuvenate, plus:
- One-time complimentary 15-min video call for a movement assessment
- Personalized adjustments to your plan
- Weekly coaching check-ins and accountability
- Ongoing feedback & program modifications as needed
- Access to premium educational workshops
Rejuvenate+ PRO ($500 every 4 weeks)
Everything in Rejuvenate+, plus:
- 30-minute in-depth video assessment to kick off your program
- Ongoing 30-min program reviews every 4 weeks
- Weekly accountability check-ins
- The ability to submit videos for direct form correction from your coach
Can I add more workouts if I want?
Yes. Rejuvenate is designed with either 3 or 4 sessions per week, depending on your subscription. If you want more, you can add in your own activities or consider Rejuvenate+ PRO for more tailored adjustments.
Can I combine Rejuvenate with other workouts?
Yes. Rejuvenate is designed to complement your lifestyle. As long as you complete your 3–4 weekly strength sessions, you can absolutely add in other activities you love.
How will I know if I’m doing the exercises correctly?
Each exercise comes with a short video demo filmed by our coaches. If you want direct feedback on your form, both Rejuvenate+ and Rejuvenate+ PRO give you opportunities for coaching, accountability, and personalized corrections.
Is Rejuvenate a one-time program or ongoing?
Rejuvenate is ongoing. Every 4 weeks, you’ll get a brand-new program. This way, you can continue progressing as long as you’d like, without hitting a plateau or repeating the same old workouts.
What if I have knee, back, or shoulder issues?
Rejuvenate includes corrective and counterbalance work, but it’s not as step-by-step or individualized as REVIVE. If you’re dealing with significant pain, we recommend starting with REVIVE first. If you’ve already built a base and just want safe, effective programming, Rejuvenate will work well for you.
What equipment do I need?
Just a pair of dumbbells and some open space. That’s it. No machines, no cardio equipment required. If you do have access to a gym, you can absolutely do the workouts there, but everything is written to be doable at home.
Can I start anytime?
Yes. Rejuvenate is not cohort-based like REVIVE. You can start anytime, and your program will begin as soon as you sign up.
What makes Rejuvenate different from other online programs?
Most online workouts are random collections of exercises. Rejuvenate is built using our Better Built Blueprint, which prioritizes strength, safety, and progress. Every program blends the 4 Cs — Conditioning, Corrective, Core, and Counterbalance exercises — so you become strong, resilient, and well-rounded.
What happens if I miss a workout?
Just pick up where you left off. The program is flexible, and you won’t “fall behind.” Progress matters more than perfection.
How do I track my progress?
The Bent On Better coaching app lets you log your workouts, track weights and reps, and see all of your improvements over time.
