I Came to Get Stronger—And Ended Up Healing, Too

I started at Bent on Better on the summer of 2024.

My goals were to lose weight, gain strength and muscle tone.

As the year progressed, I faced a number of challenges, wrist pain from excessive computer use, a shoulder injury and a bout with pneumonia.

I was told by doctors that I would need surgery for my wrist pain.

With the help and guidance of the trainers at BOB I have come a long way and no longer have chronic wrist pain and discomfort.

When I flare up, it is brief. All because I chose strength training with the coaches at Bent On Better.

I was introduced to a wonderful Physical Therapist who collaborated with the coaches at BOB when it was time to rehab my shoulder injury.

Again, because I did not want to go the surgical route that may have been suggested.

The clientele are friendly and welcoming and support one another.

I am grateful to have added BoB as part of my physical activities and pursuit of good health.
