Wake Up Call
with The Josh Speaks
a Bent On Better series
In episode 020 of the Bent On Better podcast, where better means becoming the best you in health, fitness, and overall wellness, my guest is Josh from The Josh Speaks on YouTube and Josh gives us his 5 reasons for you you need a wake up call with The Josh Speaks.
Josh is a motivational speaker, YouTuber, and human. Josh plans on becoming the Mister Rogers of the internet. He wants to change the way we view online video and make it more about learning and less about mindless entertainment. Josh’s goal is to help you learn how to be your best self. With topics ranging from self-help to pick up and dating, to philosophy and even some culture, The Josh covers it all and won’t stop until you’re the best you can be.
Josh is truly Bent On Better.
You need a wake up call if:
1. You think negatively when things go wrong.
2. You don’t hold yourself accountable.
3. Your work ethic doesn’t exist unless you’re pushed.
4. You don’t take special care of your body.
5. You don’t have any goals or know what you’re aiming for.
Josh’s final thought, “hold yourself accountable.”
