In episode 010 of the Bent On Better podcast, where better means becoming the best you in health, fitness, and overall wellness, my  guest is Charlene Richardson (formerly Charlene Henry) and we chat about how actions now lead to results later.

Charlene received her Personal Trainer Certification from the American College of Sports Medicine in 2007. She has her Bachelor’s in Exercise Science from Immaculata University in Pennsylvania and went on to Bowling Green State University in Ohio where she received her Masters in Exercise Physiology in 2010.

Charlene is now the owner of Anchor Life & Fitness. It is an in-home personal training company servicing the main line of Philadelphia, Southern Chester County and Northern Delaware. It focuses on whole living and fitness for every day life.

  Charlene is truly Bent On Better.
