Having Purpose In Life
with Ryan Gulledge of NAYR Photography
a Bent On Better series
“Don’t wish for it, work for it.”
In episode 002 of the Bent on Better podcast, where better means becoming the best you in health, fitness, and overall wellness, my guest is Ryan Gulledge and we discuss the importance of having purpose in life.
Ryan is a certified personal trainer through Aerobics and Fitness Association of America and has been working in the fitness industry for 7 years. He loves helping people become healthier and reach their personal goals.
Ryan is the creator of Nayr Photography where he focuses on capturing memorable moments through his lens.
Ryan is truly Bent on Better.
Some take-away points we discuss in this episode:
1. Dreams need power and energy behind them in order to make them a reality.
2. Learning more in order to expand.
3. Apply your knowledge in order to improve.
Ryan’s final thought, “be willing to teach others.”
